Finca Vallejo Crianza is made with grapes from selected vineyards situated 800 metres above sea level in clay-limestone and sandy loam soils, located in the town of Villalba de Duero, Burgos.
Manual harvest. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Following these processes, the wine is transferred to American and French oak barrels, where it spends 12 months to develop balance and complexity.
After the ageing process, the wine is bottled and released on the market.
